Good to know
How does MuscleBid bid on my behalf?
Only through eBay's official API for third-party apps. No scripts log in as you or click buttons on eBay's site. You connect your account on eBay's own sign-in page, so we never see or store your eBay password, and you can disconnect at any time.
Will my bid always land exactly N seconds before the end?
We aim for the time you choose, but nobody can guarantee it. Internet delays, eBay outages, and listings that change or end early can all affect timing. Every snipe shows exactly when eBay accepted the bid, or why it couldn't. A few seconds of margin is safer than 1–2.
What happens if I'm outbid?
Your max bid works like a normal eBay bid: eBay raises it automatically, only as much as needed, up to your max. If someone else's max is higher, you won't win, and you won't pay anything.
Do I need to keep my computer on?
No. Bids run on our servers.
